LIC ने निर्गम के लिए शेयर का मूल्य दायरा 902-949 रुपये तय किया है। इसमें मौजूदा पॉलिसीधारकों एवं एलआईसी के कर्मचारियों के लिए कुछ शेयर आरक्षित रखे गए हैं। खुदरा निवेशकों एवं पात्र कर्मचारियों को 45 रुपये प्रति शेयर और पॉलिसीधारकों को 60 रुपये प्रति शेयर की छूट दी जाएगी। निर्गम के दौरान बिक्री के लिए 22.13 करोड़ इक्विटी शेयरों की पेशकश की जाएगी। एलआईसी के शेयर 17 मई को बाजार में सूचीबद्ध होने की संभावना है। एलआईसी ने बताया कि उसने एंकर निवेशकों से 5,627 करोड़ रुपये जुटा लिए हैं जिनमें घरेलू कंपनियों की बहुतायत है। एंकर निवेशकों के लिए 949 रुपये प्रति इक्विटी शेयर की दर पर 5.92 करोड़ शेयर आरक्षित रखे गए थे।
