यूपी में नगर परिषद और दिल्ली में एमसीडी चुनाव के नजदीक आते ही क्षेत्रीय पार्षद अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों का हाल देखने निकल पड़े हैं। यहां पार्षद गंदगी से लेकर सीवर लाइन आदि की समस्याओं को सुनकर उनका निदान करने की कोशिश में लगे हैं। क्षेत्रीय पार्षद मनोज गोयल ने रविवार को सेक्टर 1 स्थित बुध विहार और शिवा कुंज का दौरा किया। इस क्षेत्र में ना सीवर लाइन थी और न ही रोड।
जगह-जगह गंदगी का अंबार लगा हुआ था। रविवार को जब क्षेत्रीय पार्षद यहां पहुंचे तो यहां का नजारा पूरी तरह से बदला हुआ था। सीवर लाइन और नई रोड बन चुकी थी। क्षेत्र भी साफ-सुथरा हो चुका था। क्षेत्रीय पार्षद ने यहां लोगों से बातचीत भी की और अन्य समस्याओं को भी जाना। उन्होंने बताया कि क्षेत्रीय लोगों से मिलकर उनकी समस्या और क्षेत्र का और विकास कैसे हो उसके बारे में भी चर्चा की गई। उनके साथ वार्ड मंत्री विनोद रमेश भारती आनंदपाल, वरिष्ठ भाजपा नेता अवधेश कटिहार सहित क्षेत्र के लोग काफी संख्या में उपस्थित रहे।
