घोषणा पत्र में कहा गया है,हम दिल्ली नगर निगम (एमसीडी) के मौजूदा कर्मचारियों को नियमित करेंगे, रिक्त पदों को भरेंगे और अधिक रोजगार पैदा करेंगे। राष्ट्रीय हरित अधिकरण (एनजीटी) के निर्देश के अनुसार, तीन लैंडफिल साइट पर कूड़े के कुतुब मीनार को हटाया जाएगा। हम रीसाइक्लिंग बढ़ाने और लैंडफिल साइट पर कचरे को कम करने के लिए स्थायी ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन पर भी ध्यान केंद्रित करेंगे। दिल्ली कांग्रेस ने नाली के पानी को खत्म करने के लिए अन्य सार्वजनिक प्राधिकरणों के साथ मिलकर एक जल निकासी मास्टर प्लान बनाने का भी वादा किया है। दिल्ली नगर निगम (एमसीडी) चुनाव के लिये चार दिसंबर को मतदान होगा और सात दिसंबर को मतगणना होगी।
