प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने आरोप लगाया कि चौधरी और उनके समर्थकों ने शनिवार को टीवी पर एक चर्चा के बाद मयूर विहार फेज 2 में बिपिन बिहारी के बेटे और रेजिडेंट वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष पर हमला कर दिया। निर्वाचन आयोग को शिकायत सौंपने वाले प्रतिनिधिमंडल में रोहिणी विधायक विजेंद्र गुप्ता, पार्टी के राज्य महासचिव हर्ष मल्होत्रा और दिल्ली भाजपा के कानूनी प्रकोष्ठ के सदस्य शामिल थे। उन्होंने कहा कि सिंह ने मामले में पुलिस को शिकायत दी है।
