दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि देश और बच्चों की सेवा करने वालों को सलाखों के पीछे डाला जा रहा है। केजरीवाल ने पूर्व मंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया को गिरफ्तार किए जाने के घटनाक्रम की तुलना हिरण्यकश्यप और प्रह्लाद की पौराणिक कथा से की। किसी का नाम लिए बिना उन्होंने कहा कि जैसे हिरण्यकश्यप प्रह्लाद को भगवान की पूजा करने से नहीं रोक सका, वैसे ही आज के प्रह्लाद को भी नहीं रोका जा सकता। उन्होंने दिल्ली के पूर्व उप मुख्यमंत्री सिसोदिया की तुलना परोक्ष तौर पर भक्त प्रह्लाद से की। केजरीवाल ने ट्वीट किया, हिरण्यकश्यप अपने आपको भगवान् मान बैठा था। उसने प्रह्लाद को ईश्वर की राह से रोकने के अनेक प्रयत्न किये, ज़ुल्म किये। आज भी कुछ लोग अपने आपको भगवान मान बैठे हैं। देश और बच्चों की सेवा करने वाले प्रह्लाद को कारागृह में डाल दिया पर न प्रह्लाद को वे तब रोक पाये थे, न अब रोक पाएंगे।
