Delhi Budget Live: दिल्ली के वित्त मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत ने वित्त वर्ष 2023-24 के लिए बुधवार को विधानसभा में राज्य का 78,800 करोड़ रुपये का बजट पेश किया। 2022-23 के लिए राज्य के बजट का आकार 75,800 करोड़ रुपये और इससे पहले के वित्त वर्ष में 69,000 करोड़ रुपये था। उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया के इस्तीफा देने के बाद गहलोत को वित्त विभाग की जिम्मेदारी मिली थी।
अपने बजट भाषण में उन्होंने कहा, अगर बजट मनीष सिसोदिया पेश करते तो ज्यादा खुशी होती, वह मेरे बड़े भाई की तरह हैं। यह बजट लोगों की आकांक्षाओं और उम्मीदों की अभिव्यक्ति है। आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार का यह लगातार नौंवा बजट है। गहलोत ने इसे स्वच्छ, सुंदर और आधुनिक दिल्ली को समर्पित बजट बताते हुए कहा, ”दिल्ली में कचरे के तीन पहाड़ों को हटाने के लिए एमसीडी को हर संभव मदद दी जाएगी। सभी कॉलोनियों को सीवेज से जोड़ा जाएगा और यमुना नदी की सफाई के लिए सीवेज शोधन संयंत्रों की क्षमता बढ़ाई जाएगी।
