सचिवालय भवन में विशेष सचिव (सतर्कता) वाईवीवीजे राजेशखर के कार्यालय से फाइलों की चोरी संबंधी भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के आरोपों के कुछ घंटे बाद दिल्ली सरकार ने शुक्रवार को कहा कि वह भाजपा नेताओं और अधिकारियों के खिलाफ ‘खुल्लमखुल्ला झूठ’ बोलने को लेकर मानहानि का मुकदमा दर्ज करेगी। संयुक्त संवाददाता सम्मेलन में भाजपा सांसद मनोज तिवारी और विधानसभा में विपक्ष के नेता रामवीर सिंह बिधूरी ने आरोप लगाया कि राजशेखर के कार्यालय से फाइलें चोरी हो गई हैं। उन्होंने इस चोरी का कथित सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी दिखाया।
भाजपा नेताओं ने कहा कि इस मामले में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने के लिए पुलिस आयुक्त से शिकायत की जाएगी और मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल का इस्तीफा मांगा। उन्होंने कहा कि प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने में देरी होने पर भाजपा अदालत जाएगी, क्योंकि सतर्कता अधिकारी आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) सरकार के भ्रष्टाचार के कई मामलों की जांच कर रहे हैं। सतर्कता मंत्री सौरभ भारद्वाज ने एक बयान में कहा, मीडिया की खबरों से मेरे संज्ञान में आया है कि दिल्ली भाजपा के कुछ नेताओं ने आरोप लगाया है कि दिल्ली सरकार के मंत्रियों ने 16 मई को तड़के सतर्कता विभाग के पास से कुछ संवेदनशील फाइलें हासिल कीं।
भारद्वाज ने कहा कि यह सरासर झूठ है। उन्होंने कहा कि सतर्कता सचिव द्वारा 17 मई को मुख्य सचिव को सौंपे गए पत्र के आधार पर 15 और 16 मई की दरम्यानी रात की घटनाएं सरकार के आधिकारिक रिकार्ड का मामला हैं। अपने वरिष्ठों को भेजी रिपोर्ट में राजशेखर ने आरोप लगाया कि 15-16 की रात को उनके कार्यालय में सेंध लगाई गई और उन्हें संवेदनीशल फाइलों में छेड़छाड़ की आशंका है।
