नई दिल्ली। कांग्रेस ने कहा है कि 2000 के नोट को विदाई दी गई है लेकिन सरकार को सोचना चाहिए कि नागरिकों के हजारों करोड़ रुपए इस नोट की छपाई पर बेवजह बर्बाद क्यों किये। कांग्रेस संचार विभाग के प्रभारी जयराम रमेश ने कहा कि आज जब देश 2000 रुपए के नोट को अंतिम विदाई दे रहा है तब आठ नवंबर 2016 के तुगलकी फैसले के कारण आई भयंकर मुसीबत को याद करें।
उन्होंने कहा, उस समय पार्टी नेता राहुल गांधी समेत जितने लोगों ने भी इसके पीछे के लॉजिक पर सवाल उठाया था, उन सबका स्वघोषित विश्वगुरु के लिए ढोल पीटने वालों ने मज़ाक उड़ाया था। कुछ लोगों ने तो यह तक दावा कर दिया था कि इनमें माइक्रो-चिप लगे होंगे और इनसे काले धन पर नज़र रखने में मदद मिलेगी। प्रवक्ता ने कहा, अब करदाताओं के हज़ारों करोड़ रुपये बिना मतलब के बर्बाद करने और देश भर में लाखों सूक्ष्म और लघु व्यवसायों को नष्ट करने के बाद, मोदी सरकार अगले हेडलाइन मैनेजमेंट के लिए कोई कदम उठाएगी।
