दिल्ली स्थित अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (एम्स) ने अयोध्या में राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह के अवसर पर 22 जनवरी को बाह्य रोगी विभाग (ओपीडी) सेवाएं अपराह्न 2:30 बजे तक बंद रखने के अपने फैसले को वापस ले लिया है। अब सोमवार को ओपीडी खुली रहेगी। एम्स ने रविवार को एक नया ज्ञापन जारी कर बताया कि अस्पताल की ओपीडी निर्धारित तिथि पर अस्पताल आने वाले मरीजों की देखभाल के लिए खुली रहेगी ताकि उन्हें किसी भी तरह की असुविधा न हो और चिकित्सकों की सुविधा मिल सके। वहीं लेडी हार्डिंग मेडिकल कॉलेज ने भी ओपीडी और आपातकालीन सहित सभी सेवाओं के सोमवार को दिनभर चालू रहने की घोषणा की।
ज्ञापन में कहा गया कि सभी जरूरी नैदानिक देखभाल सेवाएं भी चालू रहेंगी। दिल्ली स्थित एम्स द्वारा पूर्व में जारी एक आधिकारिक ज्ञापन में कहा गया था कि सरकार ने राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह के मद्देनजर 22 जनवरी को आधे दिन की छुट्टी की घोषणा की है। अस्पताल ने हालांकि यह भी कहा था कि महत्वपूर्ण और आपातकालीन सेवाएं चालू रहेंगी। अयोध्या में राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा समारोह सोमवार को आयोजित होगा।
