नई दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने मंगलवार को लोकसभा चुनाव के तीसरे चरण में लोगों से अधिक से अधिक संख्या में मतदान करने की अपील करते हुए कहा कि जनता की सक्रिय भागीदारी से ही लोकतंत्र की रौनक और बढ़ेगी। लोकसभा चुनाव के तीसरे चरण के तहत देश के 11 राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में 93 सीट पर मतदान जारी है। मोदी ने ‘एक्स’ पर लिखा, ”तीसरे चरण के लिए पात्र सभी मतदाताओं से मेरा आग्रह है कि वे अधिक से अधिक संख्या में मतदान करें और वोटिंग का एक नया रिकॉर्ड बनाएं। आप सभी की सक्रिय भागीदारी लोकतंत्र के इस महोत्सव की रौनक को और बढ़ाएगी।” जिन राज्यों में मतदान हो रहा है, वहां की स्थानीय भाषा में भी पोस्ट कर प्रधानमंत्री ने लोगों से अधिक से अधिक मतदान की अपील की। उन्होंने बांग्ला, असमिया, कन्नड, गुजराती और मराठी भाषाओं में भी संदेश लिखा।
