नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कथित आबकारी नीति घोटाले से जुड़े धनशोधन मामले में उनकी अंतरिम जमानत की अवधि को स्वास्थ्य आधार पर सात दिन और बढ़ाए जाने का उच्चतम न्यायालय से अनुरोध किया है। शीर्ष अदालत ने 10 मई को केजरीवाल को लोकसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर प्रचार करने के लिए 21 दिन की अंतरिम जमानत दी थी। उसने साथ ही कहा था कि केजरीवाल इस दौरान अपने कार्यालय या दिल्ली सचिवालय नहीं जा सकते और ना ही किसी भी सरकारी फाइल पर तब तक हस्ताक्षर कर सकते हैं, जब तक उपराज्यपाल की मंजूरी प्राप्त करने के लिए ऐसा करना आवश्यक न हो।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अपनी ताजा याचिका में उनकी अंतरिम जमानत याचिका की अवधि स्वास्थ्य आधार पर सात और दिन बढ़ाए जाने का अनुरोध किया है। याचिका में उनका वजन सात किलोग्राम कम होने का भी जिक्र किया गया है। याचिका में कहा गया है कि मुख्यमंत्री को कुछ चिकित्सकीय जांच कराने की जरूरत है और इसके लिए एक जून को समाप्त हो रही अंतरिम जमानत की अवधि को बढ़ाया जाए। यह मामला 2021-22 के लिए दिल्ली सरकार की आबकारी नीति बनाने और उसके कार्यान्वयन में कथित भ्रष्टाचार और धनशोधन से संबंधित है। यह नीति अब रद्द की जा चुकी है।
