नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने बुधवार को मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को तीन दिन की सीबीआई हिरासत में भेज दिया। जांच एजेंसी ने कथित आबकारी नीति घोटाले से जुड़े भ्रष्टाचार के एक मामले में उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया था। विशेष न्यायाधीश अमिताभ रावत ने केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) की अर्जी पर यह आदेश पारित किया। जांच एजेंसी ने अदालत से अनुमति मिलने के बाद बुधवार को केजरीवाल को औपचारिक रूप से गिरफ्तार किया। आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक आबकारी नीति से जुड़े धनशोधन मामले में जेल में बंद हैं, जिसकी जांच प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) कर रहा है।
न्यायाधीश ने कहा, सीबीआई का अनुरोध तीन दिन के लिए स्वीकार किया जाता है। केजरीवाल की हिरासत की मांग करते हुए सीबीआई ने अदालत से कहा कि मामले में बड़ी साजिश का पता लगाने के लिए उनसे पूछताछ की जरूरत है। उसने यह भी कहा कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री का मामले में मौजूद सबूतों और अन्य आरोपियों से आमना-सामना कराया जाना जरूरी है। संघीय एजेंसियों ने पहले दावा किया था कि अब खत्म कर दी गई आबकारी नीति को तैयार करने के संबंध में एक तथाकथित “दक्षिण लॉबी” द्वारा निर्देशन दिया गया था और मुख्यमंत्री इस सबमें शामिल थे।
