Delhi MCD Election: दिल्ली राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग (election commission) तीनों नगर निगमों के विलय संबंधी विधेयक पर गौर करने के बाद अप्रैल के दूसरे सप्ताह में निकाय चुनाव के संबंध में कोई निर्णय ले सकता है। सूत्रों ने मंगलवार को जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि दिल्ली में कुछ वार्ड का पुनर्गठन हो सकता है, जिससे चुनाव में देरी हो सकती है। सूत्रों के अनुसार दिल्ली में नगर निगम के वार्ड की संख्या 250 के आसपास की जा सकती है, वर्तमान में शहर में 272 नगरपालिका वार्ड हैं। दिल्ली नगर निगम (संशोधन विधेयक) को संसद के मौजूदा बजट सत्र में सदन में पेश किए जाने की संभावना है। यह संशोधन दिल्ली के तीनों नगर निगमों का आपस में विलय करके उन्हें एक बनाएगा।
