नई दिल्ली। आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के पूर्व पार्षद हसीब-उल-हसन दिल्ली नगर निगम (एमसीडी) के आगामी चुनाव के लिए टिकट नहीं दिए जाने से कथित तौर पर नाराज होकर रविवार को पूर्वी दिल्ली में एक बिजली के टावर पर चढ़ गए। दमकल अधिकारियों ने कहा कि उन्हें सुबह पूर्वाह्न 10.51 बजे सूचना मिली कि गांधी नगर इलाके में एक व्यक्ति बिजली के टावर पर चढ़ गया है।
पुलिस के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने कहा कि पुलिस कर्मी, दमकल विभाग और बीएसईएस के अधिकारी एम्बुलेंस के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे और हसन से नीचे उतरने का अनुरोध किया और वह अंततः सहमत हो गए। आप ने शुक्रवार को अपने उम्मीदवारों की पहली सूची और उसके अगले दिन 117 उम्मीदवारों की दूसरी सूची जारी की थी। दो सौ पचास वार्ड वाली एमसीडी के लिये चार दिसंबर को मतदान होना है और वोटों की गिनती सात दिसंबर को होगी।
