वीरेंद्र सचदेवा ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में केजरीवाल ने आप को राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का दर्जा मिलने को अपनी पार्टी की विशेष उपलब्धि बताया। लेकिन सच्चाई यह है कि आजादी के बाद बनी राजनीतिक पार्टियों में भाजपा ही एक ऐसी पार्टी है जो अपने गठन के दिन ही राष्ट्रीय पार्टी बन गई थी। भाजपा नेता ने कहा, बहुजन समाज पार्टी, मार्क्सवादी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी, अखिल भारतीय तृणमूल कांग्रेस, राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस, नेशनल पीपुल्स पार्टी को अपनी स्थापना के कुछ वर्षों के भीतर राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का दर्जा मिल गया, जबकि आम आदमी पार्टी को राष्ट्रीय पार्टी बनने में 10 साल लग गए।
