भाजपा ने शुक्रवार को आरोप लगाया कि दिल्ली सरकार के विद्यालयों में कक्षाओं के निर्माण में अनियमितताओं पर सतर्कता निदेशालय की रिपोर्ट दर्शाती है कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को ”बच्चों की शिक्षा की नहीं बल्कि केवल उनको मिल रहे कालेधन की चिंता है। भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता गौरव भाटिया ने यहां संवाददाता सम्मेलन में इस मामले में सतर्कता निदेशालय की रिपोर्ट का हवाला दिया और आरोप लगाया कि ‘भ्रष्ट गब्बर’ केजरीवाल ने केंद्रीय सतर्कता आयोग (सीवीसी) और लोक निर्माण विभाग (पीडब्ल्यूडी) के दिशानिर्देशों को धत्ता बताते हुए बिना निविदा निकाले कक्षाओं के निर्माण के लिए निजी कंपनी ‘बब्बर एंड बब्बर’ के साथ साथगांठ की।
उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार ने बिना निविदा निकाले विद्यालयों में निर्माण कार्य का दायरा बढ़ाया। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि उसने (सरकार ने) विद्यालयों में शौचालय बनाये और उनकी गिनती कक्षाओं के तौर पर की। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया, उन्हें बच्चों के भविष्य की कोई चिंता नहीं है। उन्हें बस एक चीज की चिंता है और वह है उनके पास आ रहा कालाधन। भाजपा नेता ने दावा किया कि रिपोर्ट दर्शाती है कि निजी कंपनी ने सरकार के साथ साठगांठ कर कक्षाओं के निर्माण की शर्तें तय कीं। भाटिया ने कहा, जो मंत्री जेल में हैं, उन्हें आपने बर्खास्त नहीं किया। सतर्कता रिपोर्ट ने शिक्षा विभाग में भी भ्रष्टाचार का भंडाफोड़ किया है। सतर्कता निदेशालय दिल्ली सरकार का हिस्सा है। क्या आपके कमजोर कंधे इस बोझ को उठा सकते हैं? क्या आप भ्रष्ट मंत्री को बर्खास्त कर सकते हैं?
आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने शुक्रवार को बताया कि सतर्कता निदेशालय ने दिल्ली सरकार के विद्यालयों में कक्षाओं के निर्माण में कथित अनियमितताओं की ‘विशिष्ट एजेंसी’ द्वारा जांच की सिफारिश की है। उनके मुताबिक निदेशालय का दावा है कि इसमें ‘1300 करोड़ रुपये का घोटाला हुआ है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि जांच की सिफारिश संबंधी सतर्कता निदेशालय की यह रिपोर्ट मुख्य सचिव को सौंपी गयी है। सीवीसी ने 17 फरवरी, 2020 को एक रिपोर्ट में दिल्ली सरकार के विद्यालयों में पीडब्ल्यूडी द्वारा 2400 कक्षाओं के निर्माण में ‘गंभीर अनियमितताओं’ का उल्लेख किया था। सीवीसी ने फरवरी, 2020 में यह रिपोर्ट दिल्ली सरकार के सतर्कता निदेशालय के पास भेजी थी और इस मामले पर उसकी टिप्पणी मांगी थी।
