आम आदमी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय संयोजक और दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल मंगलवार को माकपा महासचिव सीताराम येचुरी से मुलाकात करेंगे और दिल्ली में प्रशासनिक सेवाओं पर नियंत्रण को लेकर केंद्र के अध्यादेश के खिलाफ उनका समर्थन मांगेंगे। केंद्र के अध्यादेश के खिलाफ समर्थन पाने के लिए केजरीवाल विपक्षी नेताओं से संपर्क साध रहे हैं। उन्होंने सोमवार को ट्वीट किया, ”कल दोपहर 12:30 बजे माकपा मुख्यालय में सीताराम येचुरी जी से मुलाकात कर अध्यादेश के खिलाफ समर्थन मांगूंगा।
केन्द्र सरकार ने ‘दानिक्स’ कैडर के ‘ग्रुप-ए’ अधिकारियों के तबादले और उनके खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही के लिए ‘राष्ट्रीय राजधानी लोक सेवा प्राधिकरण’ गठित करने के उद्देश्य से शुक्रवार को एक अध्यादेश जारी किया। गौरतलब है कि अध्यादेश जारी किये जाने से महज एक सप्ताह पहले ही उच्चतम न्यायालय ने राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में पुलिस, कानून-व्यवस्था और भूमि को छोड़कर अन्य सभी सेवाओं का नियंत्रण दिल्ली सरकार को सौंप दिया था।
केंद्र सरकार को अध्यादेश लागू करने के छह महीने के भीतर इसकी जगह लेने के लिए संसद में विधेयक लाना होगा। तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री के. चंद्रशेखर राव, शिवसेना (यूबीटी) के अध्यक्ष उद्धव ठाकरे, राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी के प्रमुख शरद पवार और पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने इस मुद्दे पर आम आदमी पार्टी को समर्थन जताया है। केजरीवाल ने इन नेताओं से पिछले सप्ताह मुलाकात की थी।
