नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने बुधवार को घोषणा की है कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में महिलाओं के लिए 100 विशेष मोहल्ला क्लीनिक खोले जाएंगे। चार ‘महिला विशेष मोहल्ला क्लीनिक’ का उद्घाटन करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि 12 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों और महिलाओं का यहां मुफ्त उपचार किया जाएगा। ‘मोहल्ला क्लीनिक’ अरविंद केजरीवाल सरकार की प्रमुख योजनाओं में से एक है और इसका मकसद शहर में प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सुविधाओं को बढ़ावा देना है।
केजरीवाल ने कहा, चार महिला मोहल्ला क्लीनिक आज खोले जा रहे हैं जो महिलाओं के लिए विशेष क्लीनिक हैं, जहां उनके और 12 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए स्त्री रोग संबंधी सेवाएं, परीक्षण और दवाएं मुफ्त उपलब्ध होंगी। उन्होंने कहा, पहले चरण में महिलाओं और बच्चों के लिए ऐसे 100 मोहल्ला क्लीनिक खोले जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि इन क्लीनिकों में चिकित्सक और कर्मी महिलाएं होंगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने हालांकि इस बात का कोई उल्लेख नहीं किया कि ये क्लीनिक कब तक खोले जाएंगे। औसतन, प्रत्येक मोहल्ला क्लीनिक में एक दिन में करीब 116 मरीज देखे जाते हैं और कुल मिलाकर एक दिन में 60 हजार से ज्यादा मरीज यहां देखे जाते हैं।
