कांग्रेस ने मंगलवार को आरोप लगाया कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता अमित मालवीय ने उसके (कांग्रेस के) अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे को ‘फ्रिंज’ (अराजक) कहकर दलित विरोधी विषवमन किया है जो भाजपा की मानसिकता को दिखाता है। दरअसल, भाजपा के आईटी प्रकोष्ठ के प्रमुख मालवीय ने खरगे द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की तुलना कथित तौर पर रावण से किए जाने को लेकर उन पर निशाना साधा था। इसके बाद कांग्रेस के मीडिया एवं प्रचार प्रमुख पवन खेड़ा और सोशल मीडिया प्रमुख सुप्रिया श्रीनेत ने मालवीय पर पलटवार किया।
खेड़ा ने मालवीय के ट्वीट को रिट्वीट करते हुए कहा, ”वे (भाजपा) इस तथ्य को पचा क्यों नहीं पा रहे हैं कि एक दलित कांग्रेस का निर्वाचित अध्यक्ष बन गया? उन्हें ‘फ्रिंज’ कहना यह दिखाता है कि आप और आपकी पार्टी दलितों के बारे में क्या सोचती है? सुप्रिया श्रीनेत ने कहा, आपके पास यह दुस्साहस है कि एक वंचित पृष्ठभूमि से आने वाले और पिछले 55 वर्षों से चुनाव जीत रहे व्यक्ति को ‘फ्रिंज’ कहा जाए। हमें कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष के तौर पर खरगे जी पर गर्व है।
उन्होंने कहा, अब समय है कि आप लोग दलित विरोधी विषवमन बंद करिए। आपकी और फर्जी खबरें फैलाने वाली आपकी ब्रिगेड ‘फ्रिंज’ है। इससे पहले, मालवीय ने खरगे के एक भाषण से जुड़ा वीडियो साझा करते हुए ट्वीट किया, ”गुजरात चुनाव में मुकाबला करने में असमर्थ रहने के बाद अब ‘फ्रिंज’ तक पहुंच चुके, कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे शब्दों पर अपना नियंत्रण खो बैठे और प्रधानमंत्री को ‘रावण’ कह दिया। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि ‘मौत का सौदागर’ से लेकर ‘रावण’ तक, कांग्रेस गुजरात और उसके बेटे का अपमान करना जारी रखे हुए है।
