ईडी की पूछताछ के जरिए राहुल और पार्टी पर अनुचित दबाव बनाने की कोशिश : कांग्रेस

कांग्रेस ने राहुल गांधी से ‘नेशनल हेराल्ड’ से जुड़े कथित धनशोधन के मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) द्वारा सोमवार को फिर से पूछताछ किए जाने से पहले आरोप लगाया कि केंद्र सरकार इस कदम से मुख्य विपक्षी पार्टी और उसके पूर्व अध्यक्ष पर अनुचित दबाव बनाने की कोशिश कर रही है। मुख्य विपक्षी दल ने ‘अग्निपथ’ योजना को लेकर भी सरकार पर निशाना साधा और आरोप लगाया कि केंद्र सरकार अपनी इस योजना से पूर्व मुख्य रक्षा प्रमुख दिवंगत विपिन रावत का अपमान कर रही है जिन्होंने ‘सैनिकों की सेवानिवृत्त होने की आयु 58 साल किए जाने का प्रस्ताव दिया था।

कांग्रेस आज दोनों विषयों को लेकर जंतर-मंतर पर ‘सत्याग्रह’ कर रही है और शाम को पार्टी का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद से भी मुलाकात करेगा। पार्टी महासचिव अजय माकन ने संवाददाताओं से कहा, 30 घंटों से भी ज्यादा समय तक पूछताछ कर सरकार राहुल गांधी और कांग्रेस पार्टी पर ईडी के माध्यम से अनुचित दबाव बनाने की कोशिश कर रही है। सरकार द्वारा झूठी एवं चुनिंदा ढंग से खबरों को गढ़ कर राहुल गांधी एवं कांग्रेस की छवि धूमिल करने की साजिश की गई है। उन्होंने दावा किया, ईडी एवं सीबीआई द्वारा एक योजना चलाई जा रही है- इसका नाम है ग्लो एंड लवली” योजना। इसके तहत, ‘सरकार के खिलाफ मत बोलो, चुप हो जाओ, या भाजपा में आ जाओ तो सब गुनाह माफ़ और साफ सुथरे बनकर निकल जाओ’ का फार्मूला है।

माकन ने सवाल किया, पीएमएलए के तहत कौन सा अनुसूचित अपराध है, जिसकी ईडी ने जांच शुरू की है? किस पुलिस एजेंसी ने अनुसूचित अपराध के संबंध में प्राथमिकी दर्ज की है? अगर दर्ज हुई है तो प्राथमिकी कहां है? क्या आप हमें प्राथमिकी की कॉपी दिखाएंगे? क्या आप जानते हैं कि अनुसूचित अपराध और एफआईआर के बिना, ईडी के पास पीएमएलए के तहत जांच शुरू करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है? ‘अग्निपथ’ योजना के संदर्भ में कांग्रेस महासचिव ने आरोप लगाया इस योजना का मतलब नो रैंक नो पेंशन और 4 साल की सेवा के बाद ‘भरी जवानी में रिटायरमेंट का टेंशन’ है। उन्होंने दावा किया कि पूर्व मुख्य रक्षा प्रमुख दिवंगत विपिन रावत ने हेलीकॉप्टर हादसे में अपनी मृत्यु से कुछ महीने पहले यह प्रस्ताव दिया था कि सैनिकों के सेवानिवृत्त होने की आयु 58 वर्ष की जाए, जो फिलहाल 17 साल की सेवा के बाद सेवानिवृत्त हो जाते हैं। माकन ने आरोप लगाया कि यह योजना जनरल बिपिन रावत की सोच के विरुद्ध और उनके अपमान की दास्तान है।
