नईदिल्ली। कांग्रेस लोकसभा चुनाव की तैयारी में पूरी तरह से जुट गई है। चुनाव से पहले कांग्रेस ने 539 लोकसभा सीट के लिए संयोजकों की एक सूची जारी की है जो अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में राजनीतिक स्थिति का आकलन करेंगे और पार्टी नेतृत्व को जानकारी देंगे। संयोजक नियुक्त करने की यह घोषणा ऐसे समय में हुयी है जब प्रमुख विपक्षी दल ने लोकसभा चुनाव के लिये तैयारी जोर-शोर से शुरू कर दी है। कांग्रेस महासचिव जयराम रमेश ने ‘एक्स’ पर एक पोस्ट में कहा, ”कांग्रेस पार्टी ने देश के 539 संसदीय क्षेत्रों के लिये संयोजकों की सूची जारी की है और बाकी चार क्षेत्र के लिये जल्द ही आने वाली है। उन्होंने लिखा, हैं तैयार हम! बदलेगा भारत। जीतेगा ‘इंडिया’!
कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने शनिवार को संवाददाता सम्मेलन में कहा था कि पार्टी यह तय करेगी कि वह कितनी सीट पर चुनाव लड़ेगी, लेकिन सभी 500 से अधिक निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में पार्टी ने पर्यवेक्षकों को अंतिम रूप दे दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सीट की सही संख्या ‘इंडिया’ गुट के साझेदारों के साथ बातचीत के बाद ही पता चलेगी। उन्होंने कहा था, हम हर जगह प्रयास कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि आज हम सोच रहे हैं कि हमें ‘ए’ सीट मिल रही है। मान लीजिए कि हमारे गठबंधन के साथी इस बात से सहमत नहीं हैं कि आप ‘सी’ सीट लें। इसलिए, हम प्रत्येक निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में पर्यवेक्षकों को तैनात कर रहे हैं।’ उन्होंने कहा, ‘जब हमारी बैठक होगी तो हम 10-15 दिन में तय कर लेंगे कि कौन सा पद कौन संभालेगा।” उन्होंने कहा कि सभी मुद्दों के समाधान के लिए एकजुट होकर काम किया जा रहा है।
देश के 539 निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के संयोजकों की सूची के साथ पार्टी ने एक बयान में कहा है कि कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने आगामी आम चुनावों के लिए संसदीय क्षेत्र-वार संयोजकों की नियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को तत्काल प्रभाव से मंजूरी दे दी है। पार्टी सूत्रों के मुताबिक, पंजाब और दिल्ली में आम आदमी पार्टी के साथ सीट के साझेदारी को लेकर औपचारिक बातचीत सोमवार से शुरू होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि कुछ पार्टियों के साथ बातचीत की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो गई है। सीट-साझेदारी पर कांग्रेस की पांच सदस्यीय समिति पहले ही राज्य कांग्रेस प्रमुखों के साथ परामर्श कर चुकी है और अपने निष्कर्ष पार्टी प्रमुख खरगे को सौंप चुकी है। इस समिति के संयोजक मुकुल वासनिक तथा वरिष्ठ नेता अशोक गहलोत और भूपेश बघेल सदस्य हैं। इस बीच, कांग्रेस ने असम प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी की प्रदेश चुनाव समिति का भी गठन किया है, जिसके अध्यक्ष भूपेन बोरा और उपाध्यक्ष देवब्रत सैकिया को बनाया गया है। इस समिति में कुल 38 सदस्य हैं जिसमें से चार अतिरिक्त पदेन सदस्य हैं। कांग्रेस ने त्रिपुरा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी में छह उपाध्यक्ष, सात महासचिव और 19 सचिव भी नियुक्त किए। पार्टी ने त्रिपुरा इकाई में एक कोषाध्यक्ष और 41 कार्यकारी सदस्यों की भी नियुक्ति की, जिसके अध्यक्ष आशीष साहा हैं।
