नई दिल्ली। कांग्रेस ने सोमवार को आरोप लगाया कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार द्वारा 2021 की जनगणना नहीं कराना बाबासाहेब भीमराव आंबेडकर के संविधान को खत्म करने की साजिश है। कांग्रेस महासचिव जयराम रमेश ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी पर जहरीली भाषा के इस्तेमाल का आरोप भी लगाया। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने रविवार को राजस्थान की एक चुनावी सभा में कहा था कि अगर कांग्रेस केंद्र में सत्ता में आती है तो वह लोगों की संपत्ति लेकर मुसलमानों को बांट देगी। मोदी ने यह बात पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह के एक बयान का हवाला देते हुए कही, जिसमें उन्होंने कथित तौर पर कहा था कि देश के संसाधनों पर ‘पहला हक’ अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय का है।
रमेश ने सोमवार को सोशल मीडिया मंच ‘एक्स’ पर पोस्ट किया, “प्रधानमंत्री जहरीली भाषा में दुनिया भर की बातें बोलते हैं। उन्हें एक सीधे से सवाल का जवाब भी देना चाहिए।” उन्होंने कहा, “1951 से हर दस साल के बाद जनगणना होती आ रही है। इससे अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति की आबादी का वास्तविक डेटा सामने आता है। इसे 2021 में कराया जाना चाहिए था लेकिन आज तक किया नहीं गया। इस पर प्रधानमंत्री चुप क्यों हैं?” रमेश ने आरोप लगाया कि यह बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर के संविधान को खत्म करने की साज़िश है।
