राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में सोमवार को कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के 293 नए मामले सामने आए जबकि संक्रमण दर बढ़कर 18.53 प्रतिशत हो गयी। स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा साझा किए गए आंकड़ों से यह जानकारी मिली। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, संक्रमण से दो और लोगों की मौत हो गई, जिससे मृतकों की संख्या बढ़कर 26,532 हो गई है। इससे पहले रविवार को दिल्ली में कोविड-19 के 429 नए मामले सामने आए थे और संक्रमण की दर 16.09 प्रतिशत रही थी। जबकि, शनिवार को कोविड-19 के 416 मामले सामने आए थे और संक्रमण की दर 14.37 प्रतिशत रही थी।
देश में एच3एन2 इन्फ्लूएंजा के मामलों में तेजी से वृद्धि के बीच दिल्ली में नए कोविड मामलों की संख्या में भी बढ़ोत्तरी देखी गई। नए मामले सामने आने के बाद राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या बढ़कर 20,11,034 हो गई है। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने शुक्रवार को कहा था कि दिल्ली सरकार राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में कोविड मामलों में वृद्धि पर नजर रख रही है और किसी भी स्थिति का सामना करने के लिए तैयार है।
