नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) द्वारा पूछताछ के लिए बुलाए जाने के बाद राज्यसभा सदस्य कपिल सिब्बल ने बुधवार को कहा कि अब समय आ गया है कि अदालतें धन शोधन रोकथाम अधिनियम (पीएमएलए) के घोर दुरुपयोग को लेकर जाग जाएं। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि जांच एजेंसी लगभग सभी विपक्षी दलों के नेताओं को निशाना बना रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि ईडी और नेताओं को जमानत से इनकार करना सरकार के हाथों में राजनीतिक हथियार बन गया है। केजरीवाल को पीएमएलए के तहत समन जारी किया गया है और सूत्रों के अनुसार आबकारी नीति से संबंधित मामले में ईडी दो नवंबर को पूर्वाह्न 11 बजे अपने दिल्ली कार्यालय में मुख्यमंत्री के आने पर उनके बयान दर्ज करेगी।
विपक्षी नेताओं की प्रमुख आवाज और वरिष्ठ वकील सिब्बल ने ‘एक्स’ पर पोस्ट किया, ”केजरीवाल को ईडी ने समन किया है। ईडी लगभग सभी विपक्षी दलों के नेताओं को निशाना बना रही है। पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा, ईडी और नेताओं को जमानत से इनकार सरकार के हाथों में नया राजनीतिक हथियार बन गया है। समय आ गया है कि अदालतें अब पीएमएलए के घोर दुरुपयोग पर जाग जाएं। उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा दिल्ली के पूर्व उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया को आबकारी नीति मामले में जमानत नहीं दिए जाने के बाद मंगलवार को एक अन्य पोस्ट में सिब्बल ने कहा था कि ‘इंडियन नेशनल डेवलपमेंटल इनक्लूसिव अलायंस’ (‘इंडिया’ गठबंधन) को एक स्वर में आवाज उठानी चाहिए क्योंकि सभी विपक्षी नेताओं को निशाना बनाया जा रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा था, उच्चतम न्यायालय ने सिसोदिया की जमानत खारिज कर दी। प्रक्रिया ही सजा है। सभी विपक्षी नेताओं को निशाना बनाया जा रहा है। उन्हें जेल भेजो, सबूत बाद में आ सकते हैं। ‘इंडिया’ गठबंधन को निश्चित रूप से इस पर एक स्वर में बोलना चाहिए। आबकारी नीति मामले में ईडी ने अब तक दिल्ली के पूर्व उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया और आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के सांसद संजय सिंह को गिरफ्तार किया है। यह पहली बार है जब ईडी ने केजरीवाल को समन किया है। इस मामले में केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने अप्रैल में उनसे पूछताछ की थी। सिब्बल संयुक्त प्रगति गठबंधन के पहले और दूसरे कार्यकाल के दौरान केंद्रीय मंत्री थे। उन्होंने पिछले साल मई में कांग्रेस छोड़ दी और समाजवादी पार्टी के समर्थन से निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के रूप में राज्यसभा सदस्य के तौर पर चुने गए। उन्होंने ‘इंसाफ’ नाम से एक गैर-चुनावी मंच भी बनाया है जिसका लक्ष्य अन्याय के खिलाफ लड़ाई लड़ना है।
