दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल दिल्ली जल बोर्ड में कथित अनियमितताओं से जुड़े धनशोधन मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) के समन पर सोमवार को उसके सामने पेश नहीं हुए। आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) ने भी समन को “गैरकानूनी” बताया और केंद्र की भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) की सरकार पर केजरीवाल को निशाना बनाने के लिए ईडी का इस्तेमाल करने का आरोप लगाया। केंद्रीय एजेंसी ने दिल्ली जल बोर्ड (डीजेबी) में कथित अनियमितताओं से जुड़े धनशोधन मामले की जांच के सिलसिले में केजरीवाल को 18 मार्च को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया था।
धनशोधन रोधी कानून के तहत दर्ज यह दूसरा मामला है जिसमें आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के 55 वर्षीय राष्ट्रीय संयोजक को समन भेजा गया है। उन्हें दिल्ली आबकारी नीति से जुड़े धनशोधन मामले में भी पूछताछ के लिए समन जारी किया गया है। केजरीवाल इस मामले में अब तक आठ समन को अवैध बताते हुए एजेंसी के सामने पेश नहीं हुए हैं। केजरीवाल को इस मामले में नौवां समन जारी कर उन्हें 21 मार्च को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया गया है।
