नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने बृहस्पतिवार को अधिकारियों को राजधानी के खिचड़ीपुर में स्थित बस्ती विकास केंद्र का जीर्णोद्धार करने और इसे एक सप्ताह के भीतर सार्वजनिक उपयोग के लिए खोलने का निर्देश दिया। विभिन्न सामाजिक कार्यक्रमों के साथ-साथ आस-पास के इलाकों में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए सुविधाएं प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से दिल्ली सरकार ने विभिन्न झुग्गी बस्तियों में बस्ती विकास केंद्र स्थापित किए हैं। उपमुख्यमंत्री ने खिचड़ी में सुविधा का निरीक्षण किया और पाया कि यह लंबे समय से बंद है और स्थानीय लोग इसका उपयोग नहीं कर पा रहे हैं।
