नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने कथित दिल्ली आबकारी नीति घोटाले से संबंधित केंद्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) मामले में दिल्ली के पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया की न्यायिक हिरासत 22 दिसंबर तक बढ़ा दी। सीबीआई ने 26 फरवरी को अब निरस्त हो चुकी दिल्ली आबकारी नीति 2021-22 के निर्माण और कार्यान्वयन में कथित भ्रष्टाचार के संबंध में सिसोदिया को गिरफ्तार किया था। इसके बाद, प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने नौ मार्च को आबकारी नीति मामले से जुड़े धनशोधन मामले में सिसोदिया को तिहाड़ जेल से गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।
विशेष न्यायाधीश एम.के. नागपाल ने सिसोदिया की उस अर्जी को स्वीकार कर लिया जिसमें उन्होंने उनके बैंक को एक विशेष अवधि के लिए उनके बचत खाते के बैंक विवरण की एक प्रति प्रदान करने के लिए निर्देश देने की मांग की थी। आवेदन में, सिसोदिया ने कहा कि उन्हें विवरण उपलब्ध नहीं कराया जा रहा है क्योंकि बचत खाते पर ईडी द्वारा लेन-देन पर रोक लगा दी गई थी। सिसोदिया ने कहा कि उन्हें उनके बचत खाते में रकम की ठीक-ठीक जानकारी नहीं है। अदालत ने आरोपी विजय नायर को कुछ ऊनी कपड़े और बारह किताबें मुहैया कराने की अर्जी भी मंजूर कर ली।
