दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की अगुवाई वाली सरकार द्वारा राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में बिजली वितरण कंपनियों के बोर्ड में नियुक्त किए गए आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के नेता जैस्मीन शाह सहित सरकार द्वारा नामित लोगों की जगह बोर्ड में वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को नियुक्त किया गया है। उपराज्यपाल कार्यालय के सूत्रों ने शनिवार को यह जानकारी दी।
सूत्रों ने दावा किया कि ‘आप’ के प्रवक्ता शाह के अलावा जिन लोगों को बोर्ड से हटाया गया है उनमें आप सांसद एन डी गुप्ता के पुत्र नवीन गुप्ता और ‘सरकार द्वारा नामित व्यक्ति’ के तौर पर अवैध रूप से नियुक्त किए गए अन्य लोग शामिल हैं। सत्तारूढ़ ‘आप’ ने डिस्कॉम के बोर्ड से शाह और गुप्ता को हटाने के उपराज्यपाल के आदेश को अवैध और असंवैधानिक करार दिया है। उसका दावा है कि उपराज्यपाल के पास इस तरह के आदेश जारी करने का अधिकार नहीं है।
