दिल्ली के उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने उपराज्यपाल विनय सक्सेना को पत्र लिख कर सरकारी स्कूल के शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षण के लिये फिनलैंड भेजने के दिल्ली सरकार के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी देने का आग्रह किया है। दिल्ली सरकार ने 20 जनवरी को यह प्रस्ताव उपराज्यपाल कार्यालय को भेजा था और शिक्षकों को फिनलैंड भेजने की अनुमति मांगी थी। इससे कुछ ही दिन पहले सक्सेना ने सरकार से कार्यक्रम का लागत-लाभ विश्लेषण करने के लिए कहा था।
सिसोदिया ने अपने पत्र में कहा कि इस तरह के संवेदनशील मसलों पर राजनीति नहीं होनी चाहिये और सक्सेना से फाइल को मंजूर करने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने अपने पत्र में कहा है, पिछले साल अक्टूबर से ही यह फाइल आपके कार्यालय में घूम रही है। यह फाइल 20 जनवरी को एक बार फिर आपके पास भेजी गयी है लेकिन इस पर अबतक कोई फैसला नहीं हुआ है।
उन्होंने कहा, अगर इस फाइल को मंजूरी नहीं मिलती है तो मार्च में शिक्षकों का प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम नहीं होगा। मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने ट्विटर पर यह पत्र साझा करते हुये उपराज्यपाल से शिक्षकों के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम को मंजूरी देने का आग्रह किया है। उन्होंने ट्वीट कर कहा, मैं माननीय उपराज्यपाल से आग्रह करता हूं कि प्रशिक्षण के लिये हमारे शिक्षकों को विदेश जाने की अनुमति दें। माननीय उपराज्यपाल ने स्वयं कहा था कि वह इसके खिलाफ नहीं हैं।
