दिल्ली-एनसीआर के गुरुग्राम में मंगलवार को बुर्का पहनी हुई विदेशी महिला ने टैक्सी चालक पर हमला कर दिया। चालक को तत्काल सरकारी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया। जहां उसकी हालत खतरे से बाहर है। गुरुग्राम पुलिस ने बुर्का पहनी महिला को हिरासत में ले लिया।
जानकारी के मुताबिक, महिला इजिप्ट की रहने वाली है। पुलिस सिविल लाइन्स थाने में उससे पूछताछ कर रही है। राजीव चौक के पास टैक्सी चालक ने महिला से पूछा कि उसे कहां जाना है। दरअसल चालक को टैक्सी लेकर आनंद विहार जाना था, वह जानना चाहता था कि अगर महिला उसी तरफ जा रही है तो उसे सवारी मिल जाएगी। इसी बीच महिला ने अपने पास रखे चाकू से चालक की पीठ पर हमला कर दिया, जिससे वह घायल हो गया। उसे तत्काल अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया। चालक की हालत अब खतरे से बाहर है।
पुलिस एंबेसी से बात करने का प्रयास कर रही है। पुलिस को उसकी भाषा का पता नहीं चल रहा है। अनुवादक की तलाश की जा रही है। आरोपी महिला से पालम विहार महिला थाना प्रभारी पूछताछ कर रही हैं।
