केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सीबीआई) ने किरु पनबिजली परियोजना में कथित भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में जम्मू-कश्मीर के पूर्व राज्यपाल सत्यपाल मलिक के परिसरों और 29 अन्य स्थानों पर बृहस्पतिवार को छापे मारे। अधिकारियों ने यह जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि सीबीआई ने कई शहरों में 30 स्थानों पर सुबह छापे मारे, जिसमें लगभग 100 अधिकारी शामिल हुए। उन्होंने बताया कि यह मामला 2,200 करोड़ रुपये के किरू हाइड्रो इलेक्ट्रिक पावर प्रोजेक्ट (एचईपी) के सिविल कार्यों को आवंटित करने में कथित भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित है।
