राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण (एनआईए) ने उत्तर प्रदेश में एक घर को कुर्क किया है, जिसका अलकायदा के एक सक्रिय सदस्य द्वारा कथित तौर पर इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा था। एक अधिकारी ने बुधवार को यह जानकारी दी। एनआईए के एक प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि यह पता चलने के बाद कि आतंकी संगठन अलकायदा और उसकी शाखा अंसार गजवत-उल-हिंद का सदस्य मिन्हाज आतंकवादी हमलों को अंजाम देने की तैयारी कर रहा था, दुबग्गा में रिंग रोड पर स्थित उसके घर को कुर्क किया गया है।
अधिकारी ने कहा कि आरोपी राज्य में आतंकवादी हमलों को अंजाम देने के लिए आईईडी और पेट्रोल बम बनाने सहित विभिन्न आतंकवादी गतिविधियों के लिए इस संपत्ति का उपयोग कर रहा था। अधिकारी ने कहा कि यह घर मिन्हाज के पिता सिराज अहमद का है। एनआईए ने गैरकानूनी गतिविधियां (रोकथाम) अधिनियम के तहत सोमवार को संपत्ति कुर्क की। केंद्रीय एजेंसी ने पाया कि मिन्हाज प्रतिबंधित आतंकवादी संगठन लश्कर-ए-तैयबा से संबद्ध ‘द रेजिस्टेंस फोर्स’ से जुड़े आतंकवादी आदिल नबी तेली उर्फ मूसा के साथ मिलकर काम कर रहा था। प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि मूसा पिछले साल 16 मार्च को सुरक्षा बलों के साथ मुठभेड़ में मारा गया था।
