कांग्रेस की उत्तर प्रदेश की प्रभारी महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने लखीमपुर खीरी में गाड़ी से कुचले गए किसानों के परिजनों का न्याय के लिए उच्चतम न्यायालय में गुहार लगाना सरकार के लिए शर्मनाक करार दिया है।
प्रियंका वाड्रा में बुधवार को कहा कि पीड़ित परिजनों को सरकार को खुद न्याय दिलाना चाहिए था, लेकिन सरकार का उनके प्रति गैर जिम्मेदाराना रवैया रहा है जिसके कारण उन्हें न्याय पाने के लिए खुद उच्चतम न्यायालय में गुहार लगानी पड़ रही है। उन्होंने ट्वीट कर कहा, कितनी शर्मनाक बात है कि लखीमपुर किसान नरसंहार के पीड़ित परिवारों को खुद माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय में जाकर न्याय की गुहार लगानी पड़ रही है। जिम्मेदारी सरकार की थी, लेकिन भाजपा ने सारी ताकत मंत्री के बेटे को बचाने में लगाई। किसान भाजपा सरकार के इस अन्याय को भूलेंगे नहीं।
