प्रधानमंत्री मोदी संसद में नीट पर चर्चा नहीं चाहते: राहुल गांधी

नई दिल्ली। लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने शुक्रवार को आरोप लगाया कि मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षा नीट-यूजी में कथित अनियमितता से जुड़े मामले पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी संसद में चर्चा नहीं चाहते, जबकि उन्हें खुद छात्रों से जुड़े इस महत्वपूर्ण विषय पर चर्चा की अगुवाई करनी चाहिए। राहुल गांधी ने सदन में इस विषय को उठाया और राष्ट्रपति के अभिभषण से अलग इस विषय पर चर्चा की मांग की, हालांकि संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रीजीजू ने कहा कि राष्ट्रपति के अभिभाषण के बाद सबसे पहले इस पर लाए गए धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव पर चर्चा होती है और अलग से किसी विषय पर चर्चा की परंपरा नहीं रही है।

कांग्रेस का दावा है कि लोकसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष जब नीट के विषय पर बोल रहे थे, तो बीच में ही उनका माइक बंद कर दिया गया। नीट के मामले पर विपक्षी सदस्यों के हंगामे के चलते लोकसभा की कार्यवाही एक बार के स्थगन के बाद सोमवार सुबह 11 बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई। सदन की कार्यवाही स्थगित होने के बाद राहुल गांधी ने एक वीडियो जारी कर कहा, ”जहां तक नीट का सवाल है, यह एक त्रासदी हुई है और हर कोई जानता है कि पेपर लीक हुआ और लोगों ने हजारों करोड़ रुपये बनाए। छात्रों के सपनों और आकांक्षाओं को नष्ट कर दिया गया और उनका उपहास उड़ाया गया।” उन्होंने कहा, ”इसलिए, कल विपक्ष की बैठक में मैंने छात्रों का मुद्दा उठाया और कहा कि हमें इस पर पूरे एक दिन चर्चा करने की जरूरत है, क्योंकि हम अपने छात्रों की परवाह करते हैं, हम अपने छात्रों पर विश्वास करते हैं, जो हमारे देश का भविष्य हैं।

‘ कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा, ”सभी विपक्षी दलों का सर्वसम्मत निर्णय था कि हमें शांतिपूर्ण चर्चा करनी चाहिए। जब मैंने इस मुद्दे को संसद में उठाया, तो मुझे बोलने की अनुमति नहीं दी गई, जबकि इससे सात वर्षों में दो करोड़ छात्र प्रभावित हुए। उन्होंने दावा किया, ”यह स्पष्ट है कि एक व्यवस्थित समस्या है, भारी भ्रष्टाचार है और हम इसे ऐसे चलने नहीं दे सकते। हमें इस मुद्दे का समाधान अवश्य खोजना चाहिए। यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि प्रधानमंत्री, जिन्हें चर्चा का नेतृत्व करना चाहिए, वह चर्चा ही नहीं चाहते।” राहुल गांधी ने कहा, ”हम चर्चा के लिए तैयार हैं और हम सरकार से टकराव नहीं चाहते हैं और सिर्फ अपने विचार सदन में रखना चाहते हैं।” सदन की कार्यवाही आरंभ होने पर संसद भवन परिसर में संवाददाताओं से बातचीत में उन्होंने कहा था कि विपक्ष युवाओं से जुड़े इस विषय पर सम्मानजनक तरीके से चर्चा करना चाहता है और प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को इसमें भाग लेना चाहिए। उन्होंने संसद भवन परिसर में संवाददाताओं से यह भी कहा कि संसद से यह संदेश जाना चाहिए कि देश की सरकार और विपक्ष मिलकर छात्रों के हितों की बात कर रहे हैं। विपक्षी गठबंधन ‘इंडियन नेशनल डेवलपमेंटल इन्क्लूसिव अलायंस’ (‘इंडिया’) के घटक दलों ने बृहस्पतिवार को बैठक कर फैसला किया था कि वे शुक्रवार को इस विषय को संसद के दोनों सदनों में उठाएंगे।
