नई दिल्ली। लोकसभा में विपक्षी सदस्यों ने संसद सुरक्षा में चूक के मुद्दे पर बृहस्पतिवार को सरकार से जवाब की मांग करते हुए भारी हंगामा किया, जिसके कारण सदन की कार्यवाही आरंभ होने के करीब 15 मिनट बाद दोपहर दो बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई। सदन की कार्यवाही आरंभ होते ही विपक्षी सदस्य नारेबाजी करने लगे। लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला ने कहा कि संसद परिसर की सुरक्षा लोकसभा सचिवालय की जिम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि संसद की सुरक्षा सरकार का नहीं, बल्कि ”हमारा अधिकार क्षेत्र है।
बिरला ने नारेबाजी के बीच प्रश्नकाल शुरू करवाया। सदन के उपनेता और रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि सभी को सुरक्षा चूक के मामले की निंदा करनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा, ”हमें सावधान रहने की जरूरत है…यह देखना चाहिए कि अराजकता पैदा करने वालों को पास नहीं मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि पुराने भवन में भी कागज फेंकने और कूदने की घटनाएं हुई हैं। सिंह ने कहा कि सदन में हंगामे की स्थिति पैदा करने की कोई जरूरत नहीं है। हंगामा नहीं थमने पर बिरला ने करीब 11 बजकर 15 मिनट पर सदन की कार्यवाही दोपहर दो बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी।
