नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की अनुपस्थिति में उनकी पत्नी सुनीता केजरीवाल लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के प्रचार अभियान की कमान संभालेंगी। वह इस सप्ताह के अंत में दिल्ली में एक रोड शो कर सकती हैं। पार्टी के सूत्रों ने बृहस्पतिवार को यह जानकारी दी। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय द्वारा दिल्ली आबकारी नीति से जुड़े धनशोधन मामले में केजरीवाल को गिरफ्तार किए जाने से आप का चुनाव-प्रचार अभियान बहुत प्रभावित हुआ है। ऐसे में सुनीता केजरीवाल उनकी अनुपस्थिति में चुनाव-प्रचार को गति देने के लिए खुद रोड शो करेंगी। दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री की न्यायिक हिरासत सात मई तक बढ़ा दी गई है। पार्टी के एक सूत्र ने बताया, ”मुख्यमंत्री की पत्नी आने वाले सप्ताहांत में कोंडली विधानसभा सीट पर अपना पहला रोड शो करेंगी। यहां से मौजूदा विधायक कुलदीप कुमार पार्टी के टिकट पर पूर्वी दिल्ली लोकसभा सीट से मैदान में उतरे हैं।
सुनीता दिल्ली में अन्य तीन लोकसभा सीटों पर भी रोड शो करेंगी। दिल्ली में कांग्रेस के साथ गठबंधन कर लोकसभा चुनाव लड़ रही आप ने पूर्वी दिल्ली, पश्चिमी दिल्ली, दक्षिणी दिल्ली और नई दिल्ली सीटों पर अपने उम्मीदवार उतारे हैं जबकि कांग्रेस ने उत्तर पूर्वी दिल्ली, उत्तर पश्चिमी दिल्ली और चांदनी चौक सीटों पर उम्मीदवार उतारे हैं। सूत्रों ने बताया कि सुनीता गुजरात और पंजाब में भी आप के उम्मीदवारों के लिए चुनाव प्रचार करेंगी। उनका नाम गुजरात के लिए पार्टी के स्टार प्रचारकों की सूची में भी शामिल है।
