उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने शुक्रवार को राज्यसभा में कहा कि घर-घर राशन पहुंचाने की दिल्ली सरकार की योजना को अदालत ने नामंजूर किया था। गोयल ने उच्च सदन में प्रश्नकाल के दौरान पूरक सवालों के जवाब में यह टिप्पणी की। उन्होंने कहा कि घर-घर राशन पहुंचाने की योजना को केंद्र ने नहीं बल्कि अदालत ने नामंजूर किया था। उन्होंने कहा कि देश में कानून है और उसी के अनुसार देश चलता है और कानून के जरिए ही गड़बड़ी पर रोक लगाई जाती है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि दिल्ली सरकार इस योजना के जरिए गड़बड़ी करना चाहती है और वह गड़बड़ी को संस्थागत रूप देना चाहती है।
इससे पहले आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) सदस्य संजय सिंह ने सवाल किया था कि अरविंद केजरीवाल सरकार की इस योजना को क्यों नहीं मंजूरी देना चाहती है, जो गरीबों को लाभ पहुंचाने वाली है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि सार्वजनिक वितरण की दुकानों में गड़बड़ी होती है। इस पर गोयल ने प्रतिवाद करते हुए कहा कि ऐसी दुकानें राज्य सरकार के अंतर्गत काम करती हैं और उनमें कोई गड़बड़ी होने पर राज्य सरकारें कार्रवाई कर सकती हैं।
