delhi ke pramukh samachar: नई दिल्ली। दिल्ली में रियल एस्टेट डेवलपर और निर्माण एजेंसियों को अब श्रम सेस अधिक देना होगा, क्योंकि राज्य सरकार ने इसकी गणना के लिए फॉर्मूले में संशोधन करने का निर्णय लिया है। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि श्रम विभाग ने सेस की गणना के लिए फॉर्मूले को संशोधित किया है जो पहले 2006 में निर्माण लागत के हिसाब से तय किया जाता था। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि अब श्रम सेस को बढ़ाया जाएगा क्योंकि इसकी गणना केंद्रीय लोक निर्माण कार्य विभाग द्वारा 2021 में तय निर्माण लागत के अनुसार की जा रही है।
