केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो(CBI) ने दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण(DDA) के एक सहायक निदेशक पंकज कुमार को एक व्यक्ति से 30 हजार रुपये रिश्वत लेते गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपित ने शिकायतकर्ता से उनकी पत्नी के नाम कन्वेंस डीड से संबंधित फाइल क्लियर कराने के बदले में रिश्वत ली थी। पंकज को गिरफ्तार करने के बाद उसके कार्यालय और घर आदि तीन जगहों पर तलाशी ली गई। वहां से भी कुछ दस्तावेज जब्त किए गए हैं। आरोपित को कोर्ट में पेश कर पूछताछ के लिए रिमांड पर लिया गया है।
सीबीआइ के प्रवक्ता आरसी जोशी के मुताबिक डीडीए के सहायक निदेशक पंकज कुमार के खिलाफ एक व्यक्ति ने पिछले दिनों शिकायत की थी कि वह अपनी पत्नी के नाम पर एक संपत्ति का कन्वेंस डीड कराना चाहते थे। अनधिकृत कालोनी में रजिस्ट्री से पहले कन्वेंस डीड कराना होता है। उसके बाद ही रजिस्ट्री होती है। कन्वेंस डीड से संबंधित फाइल क्लियर करने के एवज में पंकज कुमार ने उनसे 50 हजार रुपये रिश्वत की मांग की थी, लेकिन 30 हजार रुपये में सौदा तय हुआ। शुक्रवार को सीबीआइ के निर्देश पर शिकायतकर्ता ने जब पंकज को 30 हजार रुपये दिए, तभी उसे दबोच लिया गया।
