पश्चिमी दिल्ली के राजा गार्डन क्षेत्र में एक महिला के चक्कर में एक युवक ने दूसरे युवक पर गोली चला दी जिसके बाद पुलिस ने उसे गिरफ्त में ले लिया है। एक वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी ने शुक्रवार को यह जानकारी दी। घटना के पीछे प्रेम त्रिकोण का मामला सामने आया है।
अतिरिक्त पुलिस उपायुक्त प्रशांत गौतम ने बताया कि गुरुवार तड़के लगभग छह बजे रिंग रोड पर राजा गार्डन गुरुद्वारा के निकट गोली चलने की घटना की सूचना मिली। हरि नगर निवासी सतविंदर पैर में गोली लगने से घायल हो गया जबकि हाथापाई में एक अन्य युवक रोहित को खरोंच आई हैं। दोनों को डीडीयू अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां से बाद में उन्हें डिस्चार्ज कर दिया गया। मौके से ही जामिया नगर निवासी दाऊद को देशी पिस्टल के साथ गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि सतविंदर की शिकायत पर राजौरी गार्डन पुलिस थाना में मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है।
उन्होंने बताया कि जांच में खुलासा हुआ कि झगड़े का कारण एक महिला है जो दोनों युवकों से प्रेम का नाटक कर रही थी। घटना में शामिल दो और अभियुक्त फहाद और दीपांशू फरार चल रहे हैं। दाऊद पर पहले से ही हत्या के प्रयास का एक मामला न्यू फ्रेंड्स कॉलोनी थाने में दर्ज है। आगे की जांच चल रही है।
