दिल्ली के सभी 1,530 नगरपालिका स्कूलों के छात्र 13 से 15 अगस्त के बीच केंद्र सरकार के ‘आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव’ के तहत ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियान में हिस्सा लेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि इससे पहले, दिल्ली नगर निगम (एमसीडी) के तहत आने वाले सभी स्कूल 10 अगस्त को शिल्प से संबंधित गतिविधियों का आयोजन करेंगे, जिसमें शिक्षक और विद्यार्थी लघु राष्ट्रीय ध्वज-थीम वाले लैपल पिन बनाएंगे। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि ये लैपल पिन शिक्षकों, छात्रों और उनके माता-पिता द्वारा पहने जाएंगे।
नगर निकाय ने एक बयान जारी कर कहा, आज के बच्चे कल का भविष्य हैं, इसे देखते हुए दिल्ली नगर निगम अपने स्कूलों में पढ़ने छात्र-छात्राओं के बीच देशभक्ति के भाव को विकसित करने के लिए विभिन्न गतिविधियों का आयोजन कर रहा है। बयान के मुताबिक, ‘हर घर तिरंगा’ अभियान के तहत बच्चों को अपने घरों पर तिरंगा फहराने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाएगा।
