दिल्ली सरकार हिरनकी बांध और नाथुपुरा के बीच बड़ा नाला बनाएगी, डिप्टी सीएम मनीष सिसोदिया ने दी मंजूरी

दिल्ली सरकार उत्तरी दिल्ली में हिरनकी बांध और नाथुपुरा के बीच 4.95 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से एक ‘बड़ा नाला’ बनाएगी। यह कदम बरसात के दौरान बुराड़ी रोड पर जलभराव की समस्या से निजात दिलाने में मदद करेगा। उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया ने शुक्रवार को नाला बनाने की परियोजना को मंजूरी दे दी। बुराड़ी रोड कई छोटी कॉलोनियों को जोड़ता है जहां रोज़ाना हज़ारों गाड़ियां चलती हैं। इस नाले के बन जाने के बाद मानसून के दौरान जलभराव की वजह से यातायात जाम से स्थानीय लोगों को निजात मिलेगी। सिसोदिया ने कहा कि केजरीवाल सरकार दिल्ली के वासियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण बुनियादी सुविधाएं मुहैया कराने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

बयान में कहा गया है, सिसोदिया ने कहा कि बुराड़ी रोड पर नाले के लिए कोई स्थायी व्यवस्था नहीं होने के कारण, स्थानीय कॉलोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों को मानसून के दौरान परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है। बयान के मुताबिक, उपमुख्यमंत्री ने लोक निर्माण विभाग (पीडब्ल्यूडी) के अधिकारियों को इस समस्या का तत्काल संज्ञान लेने और जल्द से जल्द नाले का निर्माण पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया ताकि स्थानीय लोगों को आने-जाने में कोई परेशानी न हो। सिसोदिया ने कहा कि नाले के निर्माण के लिए आधुनिक प्रौद्योगिकी का इस्तेमाल किया जाना चाहिए। बयान में कहा गया है कि बुराड़ी रोड पहले तत्कालीन उत्तर दिल्ली नगर निगम के तहत आता था लेकिन बाद में इसे पीडब्ल्यूडी को सौंप दिया गया।
