latest news delhi in hindi : नई दिल्ली। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (PMLA) 2002 के तहत दिल्ली के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन और उनके परिवार तथा कंपनियों से संबंधित 4.81 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति को अस्थायी रूप से कुर्क किया है। ईडी ने यहां जारी एक बयान में बताया कि जैन और अन्य के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो (CBI) द्वारा दर्ज एक मामले के आधार पर जांच शुरू की गई है।

latest news delhi in hindi : बयान के मुताबिक जांच में पता चला है कि वर्ष 2015-16 के दौरान जब जैन लोक सेवक थे तो उनके स्वामित्व वाली और उनके द्वारा नियंत्रित कंपनियों को हवाला के जरिए कोलकाता वाले ऑपरेटरों को नकद हस्तांतरण के बदले कंपनियों से 4.81 करोड़ रूपये की प्रविष्टियां मिली थीं। उन्होंने बताया कि ईडी ने धन शोधन निवारण अधिनियम (पीएमएलए) के तहत अकिंचन डेवलपर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, इंडो मेटल इंपेक्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, पर्यास इंफोसोल्यूशंस प्रा। लिमिटेड, मंगलायतन प्रोजेक्ट्स प्रा। लिमिटेड, जे.जे. आइडियल एस्टेट प्रा. लिमिटेड और तीन व्यक्तियों से संबंधित 4.81 करोड़ रूपये की संपत्ति को अस्थायी रूप से कुर्क किया है।
