देश में लोकतंत्र की मौत हो रही, जो डरता है वही धमकाता है: राहुल गांधी

कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने महंगाई, बेरोजगारी और सामाजिक हालात को लेकर शुक्रवार को केंद्र सरकार पर तीखा प्रहार किया और दावा किया कि ‘भारत में लोकतंत्र की मौत हो रही है’ तथा सिर्फ चार लोगों की तानाशाही है। उन्होंने ‘नेशनल हेराल्ड’ मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय की कार्रवाई का परोक्ष रूप से हवाला देते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पर भी निशाना साधा और कहा कि जो डरता है वही धमकाता है तथा गांधी परिवार विचारधारा के लिए लड़ता है, इसलिए उस पर हमला किया जा रहा है।

राहुल गांधी ने संवाददाताओं से बातचीत में यह दावा भी किया कि मौजूदा समय में देश की हर संस्था पर राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ और भारतीय जनता पार्टी का कब्जा है और संस्थाओं के स्व़तंत्र नहीं होने से विपक्ष के संघर्ष का वह असर नहीं दिख रहा जो दिखना चाहिए। पार्टी के महंगाई और बेरोजगारी के खिलाफ प्रस्तावित प्रदर्शन से पहले उन्होंने कहा, हिंदुस्तान में लोकतंत्र की मौत हो रही है। जो इस देश ने 70 साल में बनाया, उसे आठ साल में खत्म कर दिया गया। आज देश में लोकतंत्र नहीं है। आज चार लोगों की तानाशाही है। पूरा देश इसे जानता है।

राहुल गांधी ने कहा, हम महंगाई, बेरोजगारी, समाज में हिंसा की स्थिति का मुद्दा उठाना चाहते हैं। हमें संसद के बाहर और भीतर बोलने नहीं दिया जाता है। सरकार दो-तीन बड़े उद्योगपतियों के हित में काम कर रही है। एक सवाल के जवाब में कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा, मैं जितनी सच्चाई बोलूंगा, उतना मेरे ऊपर आक्रमण होगा। मेरी समस्या है कि मैं सच्चाई बोलता हूं। मैं महंगाई, बेरोजगारी का मुद्दा उठाऊंगा। जो डरता है वही धमकाता है। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री का नाम लिए बगैर दावा किया, आज देश की जो हालत है वह उससे डरते हैं। उन्होंने जो वादे किए थे, वह पूरे नहीं किए, उससे डरते हैं। ये लोग 24 घंटे झूठ बोलते हैं, इसलिए डरते हैं। उन्होंने यह दावा भी किया कि आज देश में लोकतंत्र खत्म हो गया है, यह सिर्फ स्मृतियों में रह गया है।

राहुल गांधी ने कहा, मेरा काम आरएसएस (राष्ट्रीय स्वयं सेवक संघ) के विचार का विरोध करना है। मैं यह करूंगा। मैं यह जितना करूंगा, उतना ही मेरे ऊपर आक्रमण होगा। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया, ये लोग गांधी परिवार पर हमला करते हैं क्योंकि हम विचारधारा के लिए लड़ते हैं, सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द के लिए लड़ते हैं। मेरे परिवार ने जान दी है…जब देश को हिंदू-मुसलमान में बांटा जाता है तो हमें दर्द होता है, जब किसी दलित और महिला को पीटा जाता है तो हमें दर्द होता है। यह पूछे जाने पर कि विपक्ष की आवाज का असर क्यों नहीं हो रहा है, राहुल गांधी ने कहा, जो विपक्ष में लड़ता है वह संस्थाओं के बल पर लड़ता है। देश का न्यायिक ढांचा होता है, निर्वाचन का ढांचा होता है और मीडिया होता है, उसके बल पर विपक्ष खड़ा रहता है। आज देश की कोई संस्था स्वतंत्र नहीं है। वह आरएसएस-भाजपा के कब्जे में है। हर संस्था में आरएसएस का एक व्यक्ति बैठा हुआ है।

उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष खड़ा हो रहा है, लेकिन संस्थाओं के स्वतंत्र नहीं होने के कारण जो असर दिखना चाहिए, वह नहीं दिख रहा है। सत्तापक्ष की ओर से महंगाई होने की बात को खारिज किए जाने को लेकर भी राहुल गांधी ने निशाना साधा और आरोप लगाया कि वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण को इस बारे में कुछ नहीं पता कि देश की अर्थव्यवस्था में क्या चल रहा है। कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष ने दावा किया, ”आज सबसे ज्यादा बेरोजगारी और महंगाई भारत में है। आज किसी कस्बे और गांव में चले जाइए , लोग बता देंगे कि महंगाई की हालत क्या है। हकीकत कुछ और है, लेकिन धारणा कुछ और बनाई जा रही है।

उन्होंने कहा, कोविड में लाखों लोग मरे, लेकिन सरकार कहती है कि यह सच्चाई नहीं है। बेरोजगारी बढ़ती जा रही है, लेकिन सरकार कहती है कि यह सच्चाई नहीं है। महंगाई बढ़ती जा रही है, लेकिन सरकार कहती है कि यह सच्चाई नहीं है। एक सवाल के जवाब में राहुल गांधी ने कहा, ”हिटलर भी चुनाव जीतता था। उसने सभी संस्थाओं पर कब्जा कर रखा था…मुझे सारी संस्थाएं दे दीजिए, फिर बताउंगा कि चुनाव कैसे जीतते हैं। कांग्रेस महंगाई और बेरोजगारी के खिलाफ आज राष्ट्रव्यापी प्रदर्शन करेगी जिसके तहत कांग्रेस कार्य समिति (सीडब्ल्यूसी) के सदस्यों एवं पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेताओं की प्रधानमंत्री आवास का ‘घेराव करने’ की योजना है। मुख्य विपक्षी दल के अनुसार, कांग्रेस के लोकसभा और राज्यसभा सदस्य संसद भवन से राष्ट्रपति भवन तक मार्च निकालेंगे। प्रदर्शन में शामिल होने वाले नेता काले कपड़े पहनकर या बांह पर काली पट्टी बांधकर पहुंच रहे हैं। उधर, दिल्ली पुलिस ने नयी दिल्ली जिले में निषेधाज्ञा लागू होने का हवाला देते हुए शुक्रवार को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में कांग्रेस को प्रदर्शन की अनुमति नहीं दी।
