Delhi Metro: मेट्रो में सफर करते वक्त समय की बचत और कैशलेस यात्रा की सुविधा मुहैया कराने की दिशा में दिल्ली मेट्रो कारपोरेशन काम कर रही है। इसके लिए नेशनल कॉमन मोबिलिटी कार्ड (एनसीएमसी) पर पहले से काम हो रहा। इसके साथ ही स्वचालित किराया संग्रह (AFC) को अब प्रभावित तरीके से लागू करने की तैयारी है जो अभी तक मेट्रो के कुछ चुनिंदा मार्गों पर ही उपलब्ध थी लेकिन अब इसे तीन अन्य मार्गों पर भी लागू किया जा रहा है। डीएमआरसी दिल्ली के सभी मेट्रो रूट पर वर्ष 2023 तक एएफसी को सेवा को लागू करने की तैयारी है, जिससे मोबाइल के जरिए मेट्रो में सफर करना आसान हो जाएगी। एएफसी में यात्री मेट्रो में सफर के लिए क्यूआर टिकट, खाता आधारित टिकट और नियर फील्ड कम्युनिकेशंस (NFC) के माध्यम से भुगतान कर यात्रा कर सकेंगे।
दिल्ली मेट्रो की तरफ से बताया गया है कि स्वचालित किराया संग्रह (एएफसी) को अब तीन प्रमुख मेट्रो रूट पर लागू किया जा रहा है, जिसमें जनकपुरी पश्चिम – आरके आश्रम , मजलिस पार्क – मौजपुर और तुगलकाबाद – एरोसिटी) शामिल हैं। यह काम चौथे चरण के तहत किया जा रहा है। हालांकि चौथे चरण के कुछ हिस्से में पहले से यह प्रणाली लागू थी लेकिन अब उसे और व्यवस्थित किया जा रहा है। मेट्रो के पहले, दूसरे और तीन चरण में पहले से लागू एएफसी लागू है जिसे अपग्रेड करने के लिए मेट्रो की तरफ से मैसर्स रेवेन्यू कलेक्शन सिस्टम्स (थेल्स), फ्रांस एसएएस और मेसर्स पेटीएम पेमेंट्स बैंक लिमिटेड के साथ करार किया जा चुका है।
वर्तमान में नई दिल्ली से द्वारका सेक्टर-21 (6 स्टेशनों) तक और दिल्ली मेट्रो की एयरपोर्ट एक्सप्रेस लाइन (23 किमी) के स्टेशनों पर एनसीएमसी और क्यूआर कोड टिकटिंग सुविधा उपलब्ध है। दिल्ली मेट्रो के एमडी डॉ. मंगू सिंह का कहना है कि क्यूआर टिकट, खाता आधारित टिकटिंग, एनएफसी के साथ नेशनल कॉमन मोबिलिटी कार्ड (एनसीएमसी) के क्रियान्वयन से कैशलेस अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। स्वचालित किराया संग्रह (एएफसी) के बाद कार्ड को लेकर चलने या खरीदने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। इसके उपयोग से यात्री के दौरान समय की बचत और आरामदायक सफर का आनंद भी यात्री ले सकेंगे। क्योंकि टोकन खरीदने का झंझट पूरी तरह से खत्म हो जाएगी।
